I also find calm in nature—under the shade of tall trees, feeling the cool breeze and hearing birds softly sing. Even a simple, cozy room with dim lighting and soft music can become my sanctuary. These spaces help me disconnect from noise, stress, and chaos, allowing me to reconnect with myself and find inner peace.
